Gramophone records are not always straight. Therefore it is advisable to use a good pressure weight. When the record lies more stable on the turntable, this significantly improves overall sound quality: a flatter record tracks better!
This stylish stabilizer has a ring engraved in the bottom surface (the side with the spindle hole) with the diameter of a broken-out middle piece of a single (38 mm). The ring acts as a single adapter. This means that playing a 7-inch single with a broken- out middle piece is no longer a problem.
This stabilizer weight is suitable for most turntables; sufficiently heavy to give effective functioning, but not so heavy that it will damage the bearing of your turntable.
