Gramophone records are not always straight. In that case it is advisable to use a good pressure weight. When the record is more stable on the turntable, the sound quality improves considerably.
This pressure weight is suitable for most turntables; sufficiently heavy to ensure effective operation, but not so heavy that the bearing of your turntable is damaged.
